Diggity Dog Dip 2011
The 2011 Diggity Dog Dip was about as successful as the previous 4 events, even though Mother Natural decided to share some warm rain for the first hour or so of dog swim and party at the Onalaska Aquatic Center. Even with the rain coming down, about 200 people arrived to let their dogs play and have the day of their lives. When the rain stopped, over 300 more people showed up for the Dip. Even with the rain, this year's event still had an attendance of dogs and humans that was only slightly affected.
We were very proud to know that people felt so strongly for the event and care so much for their pet that they came prepared to get as wet as their dogs...and they didn't care. That was soooo cool. We still had over 250 dogs and over 500 humans attend the 5th Annual Diggity Dog Dip. Thanks to all those that participated and to our Volunteers too.
